Forza Motorsport 6 - Chryslus Rocket 69 DLC Review
Forza Motorsport 6 has received another of its ever growing list of cars in the game. The newest being the Chryslus Rocket 69 from Fallout 4. The Chryslus Rocket 69, or "Cherry Bomb", not a ordinary car, being inspired by the 1950's American Motorama style of car, using having a turbine engine instead of petrol or diesel. From the cockpit, the player/racer using a joystick instead of a steering wheel to control the car, as well as be confound to the glass, dome roof. The Chryslus Rocket 69 is not the only crossover vehicle in the Forza Series; in Forza Motorsport 4 the Halo series' UNSC Warthog was available to look at in the Autovista, narration from Jen Taylor (Cortana).
Traveling over 260mph, the turbine engine is good for long races as the fuel never goes down, just like the Tesla Model S. The acceleration is a bit terrible, as well as the steering and braking. While upgrading, the engine is unable to be tinkered. In turning, being only one gear and the suspension being so soft, a lot of work will be required to make this a good racer.
Overall: Really sweet, I hope that lots of other crossover cars worm their way into the Forza Motorsport games. 9/10
Final thought: "Brings me back to playing Fallout 4."
