Life is Strange: Episode One - Achievements

There are 12 Achievements, worth 200 Gamerscore. Same with the other Episodes.
Apart from the only story based achievement:

Chrysalis (55)
Finish Episode 1: Chrysalis
A Chrysalis is a stage of life of butterflies, moths and some other insects, the stage between caterpie and butterfly, for example.

All the other achievements are for finding all the optional photos.

Macro Eyes (10)
Take optional photo #1 in Episode 1: Chrysalis
Macro Photos are zoomed in photographs of small items to make them seem larger than life. The photo is a Macro Photo, showing the ladybird to giant on the large dandelion.
In the classroom near the beginning of the game, once Mr. Jefferson has finished his lecture, you can walk away. There is a desk in the centre of the room with a etched markings on the table which reads "RACHEL AMBER 4 EVER", take a photo of it.

Wide Angles (10)
Take optional photo #2 in Episode 1: Chrysalis
Once you are able to leave the college, you can see a statue in a fountain, the statue is of a man named Jeremiah Blackwell. Take a photo of it.

Telephotogenic (10)
Take optional photo #3 in Episode 1: Chrysalis
Mixed between Photogenic and Telephoto. A Telephoto is a lens with a longer focal length, giving a narrow field of view and a magnified image, while Photogenic means someone who likes attractive in photographs or film. The photo is of a Telephoto Lens.

Once you have taken the photo of the statue, turn around and talk to one of the skater boys, named Justin. He says about a Thrash, but you don't understand, winding back time, you can talk about a different skateboard trick, Justin will then tell Trevor, another skater boy, to do said trick, he will then mess up. You can take a photo of him on the ground.

Close-Ups (10)
Take optional photo #4 in Episode 1: Chrysalis
Once you make it over to the Girl's Dorm, you can find a squirrel standing next to a soda can, near where Kate is sitting on a bench. Take a photo of the squirrel.

Red Eyes (10)
Take optional photo #5 in Episode 1: Chrysalis
Red Eye is the visible effect in a flash photograph, giving someone red eyes. caused by a reflection from the retina from the camera flash. The photo is of a young boy who has red eyes, as the light from the flash is bouncing/reflecting off of his retinas.

Once in Max's Room, there is a mirror next to the door, take a photo of your reflection.

Focused (10)
Take optional photo #6 in Episode 1: Chrysalis
After Dana's sexting boyfriend event, go into Room 221 (Victoria's Room), you can rearrange the photos on the wall to make a middle finger of photos, take a photo of it.

Zoomed In (10)
Take optional photo #7 in Episode 1: Chrysalis
Once you exit the Girl's Dorm, you will see Alyssa getting hit with an American Football by Zachary, wind back time and tell her to move. The American Football will then bounce and smash a window, take a photo of the smashed window.

Focal Pointed (10)
Take optional photo #8 in Episode 1: Chrysalis
The Focal Point is the point of interest where the most interesting point is in the middle of the photo, with other less interesting items are in the background or foreground. The focal point is on the kissing couple in the photo.
Once in the parking lot, you can see a large RV which is parked across multiple parking spaces in the far corner. Max can write "I'm so dirty" in the dusty window, take a photo of the window.

Maximum Aperture (10)
Take optional photo #9 in Episode 1: Chrysalis
Maximum Aperture is a fast lens, which has the affect of more light than can past through the lens, giving a crisp image. The picture shows the scale of Aperture Lens Sizes.

Once you arrive at the lighthouse, turn around a you can see a blue jay on a rock. Take a photo of it.

Light Leak (10)
Take optional photo #10 in Episode 1: Chrysalis
A Light Leak is a hole or gap in the body of the camera which leaks light on to the photo, causing shadows to appear on the photo. The orange tint has occurred because there is a gap in the body of the camera, causing light to escape onto the film.

Before sitting down with Chloe on the bench to stare at the horizon, take a photo of Chloe looking at the setting sun.

Visionary (45)
Take all optional photos in Episode 1: Chrysalis
